Core Villa

Core Villa reworks the plan of an existing building. Services, vertical circulation and entrance lobby are consolidated into a central core. By doing so, it combines the facade facing the garden into one continuous whole. The communal areas are thus maximised and the ground is read as more cohesive rather than fragmented rooms. 

A wall is also added to join the main house to garage, dividing the garage from the main house in both visual and circulatory ways but conjoining the 2 built volumes together.
